Shipping policy

  • Vonetta Collections isn’t responsible for items that are LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED or DAMAGED 

    • If by chance you don’t get your items by the given date that is said to be at your location please take it up to your local Postal Office and talk with them.

  • Make sure that your address is the correct one otherwise we charge a $13.45 reship fee when it gets returned back to us.

  • Please use the correct payment method and make sure you put your correct address. If by chance you use a incorrect address please know that there are 24 hours deadline to make any changes.

  • Orders are shipped the same day it is processed

  • Sometimes same day shipping if ordered before 8am and it will be at the Postal Office by 1pm
