- ALL WAND TUBES will have a PROTECTION SEAL on them STARTING in November 2020
- There are no REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or RETURNS because if the product by any chance is open, it is automatically contaminated.

- Vonetta Collections isn’t responsible for items that are LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED or DAMAGED
- If by chance you don’t get your items by the given date that is said to be at your location please take it up to your local Postal Office and talk with them.
- Make sure that your address is the correct one otherwise we charge a reship fee when it gets returned back to us. (The reship fee is on the site)
- Please use the correct payment method.
- Orders are shipped the same day it is processed and SUNDAY is not a shipping day
